What we collect

Your name, email, and profile picture from Google when you sign in.
The prompts, lyrics, song titles, audio, and album covers tied to your account.
Purchase records, amount, credit pack, and a payment reference. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider; we never see them.
Standard request logs for abuse prevention, kept for up to 30 days.

How we use it

To run the service, generating songs, serving your library, processing payments.
To improve the product. Aggregated stats only; we don't read your prompts or songs for training.
To contact you about your account, security issues, or material policy changes.

Who else sees it

We share the minimum needed with the providers that power the service:

Google, for sign-in.
Cloudflare, for hosting, storage, and the database.
Our AI providers, your prompt text is sent to generate music, lyrics, titles, and cover art. They may retain prompts per their own policies.
Our payment provider, for charging your card.

We don't sell your data. We don't run ads.

Public songs

When you mark a song as public, its audio, cover, title, prompt text, and lyrics become accessible to anyone with the link. You can flip it back to private from the song page at any time.

Your rights

Email hi@quotedtale.com to:

Export all data tied to your account.
Delete your account and everything you've generated.
Correct anything that's wrong.

Cookies

One essential session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, you'll see a banner in the app or get an email before it takes effect.
