Terms of Service

The deal

By using the service you agree to these terms. The service lets you generate music, album art, and titles with AI, store the results, and share them.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older (or older if your country requires).
• One person per account. No automated mass-account creation.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Google login secure.

Credits and payments

• Credits are sold in fixed packs and consumed each time you generate.
• Credit costs per action are shown before you confirm. They may change with notice for future purchases.
• Credits don't expire as long as your account is active.
• If a generation fails because of something on our side, the credits for that step come back to your balance automatically.

What you can do with what you generate

You own the songs, art, lyrics, and titles you generate, subject to:

• The model's own terms. Generated audio includes an inaudible watermark we can't remove.
• You're responsible for keeping prompts within the safety filter, no copyrighted lyrics, no requests for specific named artists' voices, etc.

Public and private songs

• Creations are public by default — anyone with the link can play them, and they may appear in public areas like Explore.
• Making a creation private is a paid feature. Once you've bought any credit pack, you can switch your songs between public and private anytime.
• Free accounts' creations stay public. You can always delete a creation if you don't want it shared.

What you can't do

• Don't generate content that's illegal, exploits minors, harasses people, or is built to deceive (impersonating real people, etc.).
• Don't reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Don't resell credits or share account access.
• Don't try to bypass rate limits, paid features, or queues.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify or suspend features at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
