All sales are final

Credits unlock immediate access to AI generation that costs us real compute. Once you buy credits, the purchase is non-refundable. Use them when you're sure.

Failed generations are auto-refunded

You're not charged credits for a generation we couldn't deliver:

• If the music step fails for any reason, all credits for that generation return to your balance.
• If only the album cover fails, the cover's 10 credits come back; the song still saves.

These refunds happen automatically — you don't need to ask.

Charged but no credits?

If you're charged but credits don't show up within 5 minutes, refresh the credits page. If they still don't appear, email hi@quotedtale.com with your purchase date and we'll sort it out.
